The Carbon Cycle and Water Cycle play an equal part in our environment. Take the Carbon Cycle Water Cycle CHALLENGE
Share your understanding and I promise there will be no more references to Fred the Fish even in the CHALLENGE. Leave a comment with a question you still have about the carbon or water cycle? ex. Sonic's question - " How much time does it take for Carbon to be recycled?" I tried the challenge, and got one wrong. The last 3 questions were tough, as we haven't learned about pollution yet.

My question is about the water cycle. If water freezes and it makes hail how does water turn into snow.

If that question doesn't work here is another one. When Fred the fish's carbon is taken from the seaweed and then crabby the crab eats and gets it out of his body, when Fred's body turns into oil, why do we have to wait millions of years for it the change? Because when we run out of oil do we have to wait millions of year for some?

How does water, snow or hail stay inside a cloud without falling out the bottom because if we stood on a cloud we would fall right through.
