Ways that I challenged myself with the gymnastics equipment was when I was on the ladders on the floor, I tried to run as fast as I could without missing a step or hitting the yellow bar. On the apparatus, I was able to do some tricks on the beam and I challenged myself on the rope net by trying to climb all the way to the top and back down again as fast as I could but still safely. On the mats in the middle, I did a teddy bear head stand, I was able to do a forward roll on the wedges and I could a round off and cartwheel. It was fun.

Today on the vault, I tryed to do a cartwheel over it. So you run put one foot on the spring board then through your other leg over followed by the other on that was on the springboard. Also on the ladders I tryed to make tiny little fast steps and sharp turns so that I could easily get around to the next ladder. Also on the vault I tryed running putting my hands on the box and then using the spring board to tuck on, it might sound easy but when I first started gymnastics , believe me, I fell on my face one or twice. I can't wait for our next gym time to challenge myself more!

I challenged myself on the gymnastics equipment today by trying to do a tuck jump on the trampoline. I also wanted to land the way Puga Chan, who was in my group, had instructed us to. I didn't feel to comfortable with the vault because last time I was on the vault, I rushed it and accidentally flipped over the vault and landed very hard on my back. That's why I don't like the vault very much.

Today at gymnastics I challenged my self in station 6 the floor station. I tryed to hold a handstand as long as I could and I aslo tryed to beat my record of handstand walking. I did a trick I haven't done in a while and it was like I was never off gymnastics! On station 7 the ropes I challenged myself by climbing up the ropes and touching the ring as many time as I could. I aslo tryed to climb up the rope without using my feet.

I challenged myself on the ropes by trying to make it to the top more then once. I was able to make it once but then my arms were super tired so on my 2nd try I only made it to a bit less then 1/4 of it.

I challenged myslef on the ladders. I challenged myself by running as fast as I could and do alot of different exercises. I also challenged myself on station 3 with the mini trampoline and the blue and yellow thing. I tried to use both hands then push of sort of like a cartwheel. I have never done that on it before and it was cool to try it out. I also challenged myself on station 5, and I tried to balence on the long stick for at long as I could without falling down, and I did!

I challenged myself on the ropes today. Although I did not make it to the top unlike some people, I manage to pull myself up with my hands once. Usually I don't even try because I know that I have absolutely no upper body strength, But today I wanted to see if it had changed. Also I can never get my legs to hold on to the rope and today I pulled myself high enough for my legs to hold on. It wasn't very far, but it was an improvement for me.

I challenged myself today on the apparatus bar by trying things that I used to be able to do, as I used to be in gymnastics. I was quite surprised that I can still do it.

Today in gymnastics I challenge myself on the ropes. How I challenged myself is I was looking on the sign and it said try over and back. What happened was I could flip over but then I couldn't flip back, so it took me a couple tries to get the hang of it. Now finally I can do it and it is sure a lot of fun. But it was really challenging because I've always wanted to learn how to do over and back and I couldn't figure it out. After a couple practices I figured it out and gymnastics was really fun today.

I challenged myself today by tring to walk back words on the benches. I found it to easy on the thick bench so I tried it on the skinny one and it was surprisingly very hard. I also challenged myself today on the trampoline by trying to spin and stick my landing and it was very hard so I was only able to do it a few times.

I did not participate in gym today. However, in the past I have challenged myself in gymnastics. For example, making as many mid-air positions with the trampoline and the landing mat. Another time I had challenged myself with the gymnastic equipment, was when I was attempting to climb the ropes.

Today in gymnastics, I challenged myself by attempting to learn new things by asking. I gave an attempt which is still good since I've never been apart of a gymnastic gym. I also challenged myself when I went and did different patterns on the latters.

Today I challenged myself on the spring board with the boxes by trying different things. I also tried to do different jumps over the boxes and land them nicely. On the ladders I challenged myself by trying different things and doing exercises that the people in my group did. Finally, I challenged myself on the station where there is the ladder and the rings by trying to do a kip (a type of mount on the bar) on the blue bar. Since the blue bar is low you have to use your core strength to hold your legs up so they don't touch the ground.

i challenged myself because i didnt land it and ended up hurt my shoulders and when i did the ropes i got rope burn on my legs
